Ain’t nobody asked but
I’ll never forget when I asked
My mom if she was proud of me
She laughed in my face.
Or the time she told me
She wanted you to bone her.
I’m just saying by being
Open about our own gender
And the power of storytelling
We can normalize the idea of
Sharing and validating all experiences
But don’t ask me to do shit without paying me.
